Amigoe di Curaçao (Curaçao, The Netherlands)

Founded in 1883, this Dutch-language newspaper, initially issued bi-weekly and later a daily, served the Caribbean island of Curaçao, which became part of the Netherlands Antilles in the seventeenth century. It continues to the present as Amigoe, serving Curaçao and neighbouring islands that are now constituent countries of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
