Poland (New York, NY, USA)

A thirty-cent monthly published in New York by the American Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the United States, Okolnik Prasowy Polski (Polish Press Newsletter) appeared in October 1921 before changing its title to Poland in April 1922. Distributed free among various Polish language papers and magazines, it described itself as "A Monthly Magazine for those seeking facts, figures and information regarding any phase of Polish life, business, current conditions." Its editor in 1924 was Paul Le Tallec. Despite a circulation of 8,500 by the late 1920s, Poland ran into debt and, after changing its title to Poland-America in July 1931, was forced to cease publication in December 1933.
