The Argosy (London, UK)

March 1932
Published by The Amalgamated Press, The Argosy was a monthly which ran between June 1926 and February 1974. Between 1926 and c.1935, it was edited by E.V. Odle, author of the science-fiction utopia The Clockwork Man (1923). Like The Golden Book in the United States, it published mainly reprints of the world's best short stories, with occasional new fiction. Not to be confused with Frank Munsey's pulp magazine The Argosy.
